I actually was looking for a CD for my wife for Valentine's Day and found this CD so I bought it and ive been spinning it all day and i LOVE THIS CD

How many albums do they have out? I looked online and saw they have a brand new one. But I wonder how long they've been around.

I can foresee this band becoming a fave of mine.

They have 4 and a DVD out, theyre big in Canada apparently as their a Canadian Indie and theyve gone platinum in Canada

their latest is called Fantasies and Lets just say I like this album like I liked Ace Frehley's Anomaly (which was my 2009 CD of the year)

The vox in some songs remind me of Juliana Hetfield

You must get this album but now I know theres others I want the others too, I too foresee them being a fav of mine

Had I heard this last year, This would have given Ace a big run for his money....

Wikipedia classifies them as New Wave, Indie Rock

I was very surprised to find this in Barnes & Noble

I'm sold on these guys.

They are towards the top of my list. I might get them with my next big purchase at Amazon.com.

I love the way this band combines new wave with indie rock. It's very innovative for sure.

Yeah its really good stuff I plan to hit youtube to check out some of their older stuff. MB you should check out www.ilovemetric.com theyre touring i dont know if theyre coming to your neck of the woods but I know theyre not coming to this area anytime soon alot of the dates were more west coast...

The closest they are coming to me is Tempe, Arizona - and that's pretty far. Even though it's just one state over - these west coast states are pretty big. It would take one day to get there for me.

Im hoping they add some more US dates I know my wife and i would love to go see them live

I just scored another album by them Grow up and Blow Away ive yet to listen to it

Just watched the movie Defendor and at the end theres a song from Metric I wonder if Woody Harrelson is a fan as thats 2 movies he's been in that has stuff from this awesome group
