Godsmack

Which is the most "metal" album by this band?

I'm partial to their s/t debut myself. As for it being the most 'metal' is up for debate I suppose. I'm not in the mood for debating it though.

I have Awake and IV too, but it's been awile since I've played them. I kinda lost interest in these guys.

Awake is one hell of an album if you ask me. Sick of Life is a killer song!

I really like Godsmack. Borrowed a few of their discs from a friend and then moved across the country.

I like that song "Voodoo"

One of the greatest live bands I've ever witnessed!

I'd say the second album is by far the best that I've heard.

The self titled debut.

They are all the same to me. This band never evolved there sound and pretty much recycle riff after riff. Awake is a heavier produced album then the s/t IMO.

I'd say Awake is.

Just go to one of their shows and tell me what ya think after that!

Damn straight it does!

I only have the debut and Awake. The're virtually the same to me but I think they're both good albums.

What's the story there? What did Nikki do? There's a short joke to be made here somewhere, I just can't figure it out.

I saw them back when they were touring for their first cd. While the show was certainly enjoyable, it wasn't anything mind-blowing. That was early on, so maybe they've gotten better with their stage presence. The most memorable thing about the show was my car getting broken into while I was watching them.

I saw them open for Black Sabbath on of those reunion tours and again as the headliner a year or two later. I thought both shows were great, especially the second show.

I am hoping to see them again on tour this year!
