I thought the new Manowar EP was kinda boring. Recording that song in 16 different languages was just kinda... err... retarded, and the metal songs aren't anything special either.

I got so tired of TSO over the last 2 weeks that I may never listen to them again. And even though I really like the Jethro Tull and Blackmore's Night Christmas albums, I've just totally overdosed on the saccharine nature of them.

Sounds more like it's your fault than TSO and the other bands .

Personally I limit my Christmas music as to avoid getting too sick of it every year. You gotta mix it up, you can't take it all at once. It's just not healthy.

I got my TSO fix last night (the only fix I got all Christmas). I like singing a long to many of the songs because my voice fits it right. However, I realize I've also burned myself out because I didn't come alive with my singing until the songs from The Lost Christmas Eve came on:

Yeah, it's probably my favorite song of the two dics. The choir really shines on that one.

"Learn how to live...how to use the octave..."

This song and "Blood of Kingu" were the songs that pushed Therion to my number one favorite band until they turned around and unleashed "The Gothic Turd" on the world.

Now they're probably my 5th or 6th favorite band but the triad of Vovin, Deggial and Sirius B ensures that Therion will always have a spot in my top 10 bands.
