| I have a couple of Iron Savior CDs but CONDITION RED is one I'm missing. I love the debut though, was just listening to that one a couple of days ago. Unfortunately I lost interest in them by the third or fourth album cuz they seem to be one of those bands that keeps releasing the same record over and over again, if you catch my drift. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| I love this band! But then again, I love power metal - so to me all their albums are good!!! "Condition Red" is fantastic! If you like it - definitely check out their other albums! | |

| My favorite IS album is Battering Ram but I agree they do all kinda sound the same. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I had the same problem with HammerFall after their first couple of records (and to a lesser extent, Primal Fear)... they all started out goin' great guns, but by their 3rd or 4th record each of'em were just spinning their wheels. You'd think that wouldn't bother me since I'm a rabid Ramones fan and Lord knows they pretty much recorded the same album fifteen times, but after a while all the hot-patooty "new" power metal bands in the 90s got really stale for me. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

I feel exactly the same way FF. And I really can't justify it either because a lot of my glam and sleaze bands just keep repeating themselves. Heck, take AC/DC. They've sounded the same for decades and for some reason it doesn't bother me. But repetitive power metal bands get on my nerves pretty quickly. Go figure. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

Go figure. especially the last Iron Savior cd, Megatropolis. What a bunch of boring, uninspired, play by numbers, yawn fest that was. I love when bands do what they do best but at least have some energy and vitality to it. The new Hammerfall falls into the category of blah for me as well. _________________ | |

| Although I love my power metal, I kinda agree about the new Hammerfall. I found it pretty disappointing myself. I'm hoping it grows on me though. | |
