Agreed!!! They are both in my top 5 fave Petra albums! My fave is "Beyond Belief" though.

I got On Fire a while back and agree that it is a great album...except the ballad, that thing is horrid IMO.

Lunarium-Journeys, Fable, And Lore (nice mix of power, folk, and celtic with some death vocals sprinkled about)
Styx-The Grand Illusion (Dang! Castle Walls is probably the best Styx tune I've heard)

Grammatrain-Flying (nice bit of Christian grunge)
Darkest Hour-The Eternal Return (Wow! A metalcore/thrash album that is actually very good)
Dream Theater-Black Clouds & Silver Linings (definatly the best thing since Scenes From A Memory-Count Of Tuscany has become my favorite song from that album)
Alice Cooper-Hey Stoopid (one of the most hated Cooper albums but I love this kind of music and he does it well)
Dali's Dilemma-Manifesto For Futurism (great prog album from Magna Carta-they used to be the best at it)

Okay cool. I want them both. Have you (or you Manny) heard any of Maria McKee's solo albums? How do they compare to Lone Justice?

Her solo albums are all very good and I would start with 'You Gotta Sin To Be Saved', these albums would now be labeled alternative country or something similar. She pioneered a style that Wilco would explore and become more commercial success then Maria McKee ever did.

Cool! I have a feeling I'm really gonna like her solo stuff. I'm not a fan of new country at all, but I like some of the alt-country stuff! You ever heard of The Thorns? I think they'd qualify as alt-country. Great stuff.

Cool! Yeah, I'm usually not one for mainstream pop, but I do like Madonna. She's very talented, she writes her own music (which is more than most pop divas can say), and she has a beautiful voice!
