- Gotthard-Need To Believe (while no where near as good as Domino Effect, it is still a fine melodic hard rock album)
Sorry but I totally disagree.
For me, Need To Believe is way better than Domino Effect and the "pop era" of the band consisting of albums like Human Zoo but is not quite up to the early albums like "Dial Hard", "G" or "Lip Service".
But I definitely enjoy this new one more than Domino Effect which I thought was a lackluster effort. Well of course, we disagree about a lot of music. For instance I love the Allen/Lande albums and the last Avantasia (I've listened to those over and over again without tiring of them) and I remember you saying you disliked them. For me the songs on Domino Effect were more memorable. After the first time I heard it many songs stuck in my head but with this one I couldn't remember much after the first listen. Maybe that will change after some more listens. You also gotta remember that you've been a Gotthard fan for quite a while and I only just heard of them last year so that is also a factor. Today: | |

Misfits - CUTS FROM THE CRYPT Steel Assassin - WAR OF THE EIGHT SAINTS Great album WAR OF THE EIGHT SAINTS, nice US METAL. The songs dont have the magic like the songs on FROM THE VAULT but those were old songs of course.
