No, not the dude with the awful hair from REO SpeedWagon. Kronin was a killer thrash band from New York. I think, but am not sure, they only put out one album in '93 called "How Do You Start This Thing?". Rare as hell. I am listening to it right now, so thought I would see if anyone else has heard this one. I could not even find any info online on this band.

Yeah that's the title of the full-length. They had 2 demos before (89-90) I prefer those ones than the full-length.

on topic : What I'm trying to say is that IMHO I prefer the straight old school speed/thrash in the demos than the crappy modern-pantera-something music of the full-length. The first 3 crappy songs are enough to throw the disc out of the window! KRONIN! 457229

That sounded miles from the Pantera arena to me. Not much groove to speak of on there at all. The are more "traditional" moments, otherwise not sure what you are talking about.

I DO wanna hear those demos now, though.

I am the Bass player of Kronin and I have all the music and info you want from the band just post and I will hook you up with the demos and even some newer unreleased stuff. We are not together currently with the release of GET THRASHED which we are a part of, we had grumblings of a new start ...
