Never been able to attend any big metal festivals but I was wondering what are some your favorites are on this board? Thoughts and experiences...?

Well over time I have been to a few.

Millwaukee Metal Fest used to rule! Don't think thats happening anymore.

The Heathen Crusade Festivals were always awesome!

Minneapolis Mayhem were kick ass.

Gathering of the Bestial Legions was awesome.

Kansas City Power Metal Festival rules as well!

Have yet to get out of the States to see or play one of the better of the festivals!

Several of the better ones that I know about stateside are: Milwaukee Metal Fest,
Rocklahoma and the up coming Prog Power Fest in Atlanta.

Overseas is: Wacken Open Air, Castle Donnington Fest, Metal Camp.
