cdandlp.com anyone use it?

Last week I went into my FYE (unfortunetly the one near my house isnt doing the $9.99 thing) and I saw this really wierd looking guy searching through the metal section. I was like holy crap I just know this guy is going to say something to me before I leave here. I was in sort of a rush too I just wanted to see if they had something and leave. Well right after I didnt find what I was looking for I hear him saying wheres Within Temptation. I felt bad he was looking around when I knew exactly where they were so I told him. He still couldnt find it so I went over to it and showed him and then holy crap he wouldnt shut up! He was a nice guy but he just went on and on. He kept telling me about this website called CDLP.com that he would find rare cds for pretty cheap and when he would get them sent to his house they would be there like the next day and they would send him t shirts and even extra cds when he didnt order them. I thought that was pretty odd but who knows. So I searched for the site and I couldnt find it but that was because he didnt say the name of the site correctly. Its CDandLP.com so I took a look on there and yes there are some rare things on there but I dont see how they were cheap. He kept telling me how amazon was a rip off and this place was better. After I went to this site I knew he was nuts because some of the prices are rediculous, but then again if you are looking for something rare it seems like a cool place to look. I already bought Sodom Til Death Do Us Unite so we'll see how long it takes to get and if I even get something extra like he says he does. I think he was just insane though. He kept saying things that were wrong and made no sense to me like "when you go to the site make sure you pick the right floormat" im thinking to myself what the hell is he talking about floormats for? I want cds! Then I put it together that he meant format. After 20 minutes of this I finally was able to break out of there.

Has anyone else been to this site?

Interesting, there's a lot of weirdly obscure collectible crap under the "metal" section. The site appears to be based in France, I don't know if we should hold that against'em (haha) but since the prices were all in Euros instead of $ I don't know if their prices are good or not.

Yea thats the site. theres a thing on the left side where you can change the currency. I believe its all over the world.

Meh. Lots of rare stuff I searched that there are no entries for, and only about 1/3 of the stuff I did find was reasonably priced. Perhaps that's because the rarities I'm looking for are harder to find

Music nerds are the worst. Especially ones that post on message boards, trying to be funny. Or pick the wrong floor mats.

I hate message boards. If anyone ever catches me on one of those things just shoot me!

A guy who has to SEARCH for a Within Temptation CD does not know what rare and obscure really means.
