I scanned through some of the DVD. There is a section called "Past
Shows with Commentary 1992-2001" that has us performing live various
songs through the years. Each song is played complete and the songs are
laid out chronologically. What I had a chance to see so far was:
"Holy
Sacrifice" (1992. First Ultimatum show. I wasn't in the band yet, but
was in attendance. This song was never recorded even in demo form. Greg
Dingess on bass.)
"Wickedness & Perdition" (1993. My first show
with Ultimatum in front of a handful of people in downtown Civic Plaza,
Albuquerque. This song was recorded on our first demo but never
released on one of our CDs. Mike Rickaby on bass.)
"Fatal Delay"
(1994. Opening up for the Jesus Freaks and Crashdog. The crowd was
huge. The song was one of my favorites at the time. )
"Megaton"
(1995. Opening for Mortification on their "Blood World" tour. Huge
crowd. Single camera angle on this one, but not bad considering the
video/audio source. Joey Anaya on bass.)
"Ode to Noise/World of Sin" (1996. Tom Micheals on bass. Opening for Mortification on their EnVision EvAngeline tour.)
"The Purging" (1997. Spotlights in Albuquerque, NM. Ultimatum with Extol.)
"Greed Regime" (2001. Playing on the outdoor stage at the Stryper Expo.)
I also saw Gutterbox (2004), Crash Course (2004), Violence
& Bloodshed (Live at practice 2007), Burn (2005), Blink (2006),
Blood Covenant (2006)... I know there is more, but that's all I've had
a chance to preview.
The Heart of Metal video is also included, as well as some "behind the scenes" footage from the video shoot.
There
is TONS of interview footage dating all the way back to 1992. There is
some really funny stuff like footage of Robert giving a tour of his
music store and Robert taking the camera through "how to set up for a
show" in 1996 (He's actually wearing a fanny pack!) There is an
Ultimatum sound check in the middle. Joey Anaya on bass. We played
"Blink."
There footage from Up from the Ashes, including an interview with Doug Van Pelt.
