The irony is how you guys were so sure that there was not going to be an mort song, and It ended up on the album

Waters doing ANY Wayne song should be a great listen. David Wayne is top 5 all-time for me personally. So I am very excited to hear how this turns out.

Next, Scott should take a shot at Coverdale or Shortino. Not very "thrashy" choices, but I would really like to hear how he could pull those off!! I just love the "whiskey-drenched, gravelly" side of clean metal vox.

Have ya ever thought about doing something....errr....more...I can't find the right word, vocally-speaking, here, Ult?

"Rock In The USA", "Cutt Your Heart Out" or "Black Widow" are very metallic songs that would be interesting choices for a thrash band, IMO.

We jammed last night on the Metal Church song. Alan has really turned the thrash up for this song. The drums on the original have a gallop, whereas Alan has changed it up to a fast downbeat. As such, I've decided to make the vocals more aggressive and thrashy.

As for doing something vocally different, sure I wouldn't mind trying something different. That may actually happen on the new CD depending on what our producer wants me to do with some of the vocals. I have a lot of ideas for the songs, but I've opened it up to him for suggestions as well.

I'd like to hear that too. Imagine ult singing something like Young Blood or Ready n Willing? I am anxious to hear what he does with Ton of Briks myself.

We're hoping for a July release. I'm anxious to get this one done. I worked out the vocal parts to Ton of Bricks. Can't wait to record them.

I'm going to sing the Vengeance Rising song much like I did in Once Dead. Might give everyone and idea of what it might have sounded like if I had sang for them in the studio.

Can't wait to hear Ton Of Bricks! I know several Metal Church tunes would be great choices, but when you guys asked for suggestions that song was the first that jumped to mind. It had "Ultimatum cover" written all over it!

When might we be getting a tracklisting? I'd love to know what all you guys settled on.

I'm still waiting on the official press release from Retroactive. I will say that half the songs are thrash, the other half are classic metal songs.
