As some might have picked up on I'm waist deep and rising in a pool of
powermetal cheese at least 80% of the time....but sometimes something grabs me from another direction.....

I love this!! Genre Nazis might put this in with metal core or whatever (I'm not sure myself) and it doesn't matter. This thing smokes!

I find myself reminded a lot of Becoming The Archetype (which will either pique your interest or send you running!) I love BTA so this is a good thing. Sometimes, yes, the dreaded hardcore screaming vocals, but also a nice mix of death growls and even some black sounding screeching and maybe some grind-ish "pig" squealing for good measure!

But it's the music! These guys are tight and lightning quick and I can't state that enough. They have their instraments down. They even have time for some short solos which pleases the ear.

Anyone else have contact with these guys? What say ye??

If you don't initially be turned off by them (which I was close) you find they are pretty tight. I'd listen to their album. I probably would like their album. I just recommend people have open ears and minds.

My brother bought this for me for my upcoming birthday. I am impressed with it. I usually don't like this kind of music, but these guys have their crap together. A solid debut release, says me.

Love this album, this is definetely my fav type of music
