Spoke to Devin not too long ago at Mike Phillips house. He said he's done with Once Dead. I don't know if that means Once Dead is dead once again or if they will move on with a different vocalist. Both Jim and Devin have resurrected Fasedown.

From a distance, that whole Once Dead scenario was filled with drama and uncertainty...

This one pops up on the MP3 players every so often...and I just can't get enough. I've always loved their sound. Enough to bump this very old thread (can't believe it's been that long since they made this!)

You can't get more noticed when the vocals and snare are lamer than lame! Most Xtian metal lacks soul or heart. Sometimes both. But it is usually one of those 2 that are missing to me.

I'm spinning this today for the first time, I dunno why it took me so long considering how much of a fan I was of the Vengeance stuff, not to mention Hirax and the rest of the rosters other bands.

All I can say is basically an echo of what everybody else said in this thread a decade ago, wtf happened to the snare? Here goes round two maybe something will click, but probably not.

My daughter just said her favorite part of Once Dead is the drums...so take that!!
