Mostly cover tunes. They did a couple of warm up shows for a tour in the mid-90's and just invited a small crowd. You could tell they were having soooo much fun. Then that last song, "Take me Down to the River" [studio track] totally kicked butt!!! Best track I have heard in awhile!!! The whole album really brought up my spirits!
I think this might have been a Japan only release, not sure. But if you can track it down, it is really worth it!!!!
