Not long lasting Jack Starr's project from the 80s. BNR states that the first, self titled album was "a forgettable album", but I've heard only the second one - Evil Never Sleeps (1986) and this is one of the best heavy/power/speed 80's metal album!! Perfect!

Actually, Phantom Lord were quite a mini-super band/project:

Vocals: John Leone (singer on 2nd Attacker album)
Guitars: Jack Starr (Virgin Steele, Burning Starr ...)
Guitars: Steve Price (unknown Smile )
Bass: Ned Meloni (also played in an underground act Devil Childe)
Drums: Joe Hasselvander (long time Raven drummer, he also played in Pentagram, Devil Childe...)

Any fans?! Was "Evil Never Sleeps" ever released on a CD?

I have EVIL NEVER SLEEPS on vinyl on NAPALM RECORDS. Great album, i agree. I will listen to it later today for shore. Thanks for remembering me this album.

I am playing this album just know on vinyl and i completly forgot to say that some songs were re-recorded with diferent names and song texts for BURNING STARR, JACK STARR´s band.

That's who I though of straight away too.

I don't have "Evil's Domain" but I do have their debut CD "In Twilight World" great Power Metal. must look out for ED not that I have it in mind
