Any fans of this power metal band? I love their style. Its heavy as stink, but its not the typical Euro power metal at all. They have some amazing bottom end on their records.
The lyrics center mainly on war (though not on their first, and just re-released, Metalizer). The music is heavy melodic power metal that uses a lot of double bass drumming and a bass that is heavy as a freight train.
I highly recommend their two recent albums, Primo Victoria and Attero Dominatus. Of the two, I prefer, by a very small margin, Attero. Both are great.

FOJ - have you heard Paragon? They remind me of Sabaton quite a bit (even the name is similar) and I bet you'd like Paragon as well.

As I said in an earlier thread, I`m a HUGE SABATON FAN!!!!! Saw them live last summer here in Norway, and they were AWESOME!! It was easy to see/hear that these guys really love what they are doing. They gave the croud full credit. I think there is a new album on the way as well

a friend recently intro'd me to this band via the PRIMO VICTORIA CD...damn good stuff! Every time I listen to it I wanna charge off into battle or somethin'!
