I have never:

...owned a single note of music by the Beatles.

...owned an 8 track tape

...described a song by saying it was "fire," "lit," or "slaps"

...been able to tolerate growling "death metal" vocals for more than a few minutes.

...been to a continent besides North America. (I'm Canadian, and have only been to the United States once in my life.)

...played an entire song on electronic drums
...listened to an entire Slayer album after "Reign in Blood"
...seen Doro naked
...liked Fleetwood Mac after Peter Green departed
...paid 100 bucks to see any band in concert
...paid anything to meet a rockstar
...bought any music from a band that opened for DLR era VH

I have never:

Got to see Van Halen live
Paid for one of those meet and greets (thanks for the reminder James)
Got drunk at a show

...listened to the "psycho circus" album by KISS in it's entirety.
...liked an album by Iron Maiden after "Somewhere In Time"

...automatically liked a band cause it has/had a member/members from another band I dig.

Saw the Reunion Tour at Arco Arena in Sacramento

Heard the title track on the radio and had a feeling it wasn't "as advertised ", not to mention me being unimpressed with the song.
Same feeling bad with Side 4 of Alive In back in 77!

Laughed my @$$ off when they copped to it years later

This, plus a few things i was able to think of:

- Liked the song Number Of The Beast.
- Owned a black metal album.
- Enjoyed Lynyrd Skynyrd or ZZ Top.
- Liked any Blind Guardian album post - Follow The Blind.

I have never:

... liked “pure” black metal.

... liked keyboard driven prog metal.

... liked anything by Dream Theater (except the song “Pull Me Under”)

Totally agree on DT. With the exception of that one awesome song, i could never get into them, despite owning many of their albums and giving them another try from time to time.
