U.S tour dates?

This might be the most misleading thing I've ever seen. Here is Joey Belladonna's "U.S Tour Date schedule" for his side project Chief Big Way:

Is he trolling?

He's playing a bunch of places around where I grew up. Pretty much the whole tour.He grew up around there too.

But I moved to God's country long ago, so no Joey NY tour for me.

Now that is a fantastic set of dates. What is he calling it - "Home In My Own Bed Every Night" U.S. tour?

Better then Angel Tour dates of the UK, only two shows, Really? Tour use to mean something (Still does if your name is Cheap Trick) but in the States not so much. Should be (name band) will be playing shows at these locations. Don't call it a tour, Almost embarrassing If you ask me..

Unfortunately the old touring model is practically obsolete in rock music except for the yearly Live Nation packages.

I like Joey and would go see him, but I can't imagine this would be a big draw outside his home base. Makes sense to me.

Assault Attack, Cheap Trick are road dogs which is amazing at their age.

It’s just a cover band and it doesn’t make sense for them to venture too much outside their area. There’s no money in it. I’m sure they mostly do it for fun and to keep Joey busy between Anthrax gigs.

I think it's more Blabbermouth doing their redundant headline thing.
