it's a shame those unreleased trax were not included on the original Sign Of Evil. they are typical Sodom thrash greatness. at least we finally got them. great production too.

New album? Are you talking about the new rerecording album? If so, I don't have it yet - but I will soon.

I just basically 'rediscovered' Sodom this year. "Agent Orange" was a favorite of mine in high school but I lost track of them. This year I started collecting everything from them (studio-wise) starting with "In the Sign of Evil" EP and moving upwards. By the end of the year I should have them all, but I'm moving chronologically (it's fascinating seeing how a band evolves - I do this with many bands) so I haven't attained this one yet. Some of their stuff has been quite hard to find and rare - I've paid some good money for it.

I'm also doing the same with Virgin Steele right now.

So - I really anticipate this new album, but I don't have it yet.

What are your thoughts on it Ult?

yeah it's a rerecording of The Sign Of Evil ep, plus 7 songs recorded during that same time that were never released. so it can basicly be called a new album of old stuff. Cool

The booklet is very nice. Lot's of old photos, lyrics and Tom's story of how it all came about.

Is the whole album newly re-recorded?

I realize they re-recorded the EP tracks, but what of the songs that were never released?

Are they in their original format? Or are they 're-recorded' too?

Thankssssssssss. I never saw TANKARD(only on a dvd and a old video tape) but i have seen SODOM before at a festival many years ago. I hope SODOM play all their old classics

I've never seen Sodom live. That would rule.

It is all re - recorded with the original members, not the current lineup. They gave it a very vintage feel with the production.
