With crashdiet kinda on hold their guitarist has formed another band called sweet creature ..here is a sample of the band..what does everyone think? I think it sounds pretty promising..

I've liked what I've heard so far. It wouldn't be a priority, but if I saw it for a decent price, I'd probably pick it up. Or I could add it to my Amazon want-list and hope Santa brings it. It's getting to be that time again.

The first one, Rest in Sleaze which is by far their best one. Great album all around (and there are some great unreleased songs to be found online like Crazy Nights and California White) but sadly the band basically died when Dave Lepard committed suicide. It was never the same again.

Just fired this up on Spotify.

I am beyond tired of this genre at the moment, so I won't hold it against the album if I don't get into it at the moment...but I will always at least give this kind of thing a shot.

Agreed, I never liked them as much after the death of Dave. BTW, what happened? I just remember hearing he had passed away. Didn't know any other details. Seems like he had things going for him unless he had some inner demons.
