Battle of the Titans 2007...so far.

Lots of great thrash releases this year so far. Still more to come from Ultimatum, Hirax, Avenger of Blood, Once Dead, etc.

Which is your favorite(s)?

I'm gonna vote for Dekapitator - The Storm Before The Calm just because it isn't an option.

I love Hyades.It will definitely be in my top 5 this year.The others are great also.I havent got the Evile yet,but I expect great things from it as well.

Candlemass - King of the Grey Islands is thrash? I've not heard it but I would never have guess Candlemass to put out a thrash release.

Dekapitator - The Storm Before The Calm. I've not heard so I was unaware of it when I made this poll. If it's better than those already listed, then I'll have to check it out.

I guess I could have included the new Deliverance. I guess I just don't think of it as a thrash release.

Out of the couple I've heard, I chose HIRAX...

The closest thing I've heard to a new thrash album is Deliverance - As Above So Below. I've been more interested in getting older thrash albums than paying attention to the new ones. The only exception to the rule is when the new Ultimatum album comes out. Until then, I'm looking for older albums from Overkill, Testament, Defiance, Flotsam and Jetsam, Anthrax, etc. So I will skip this poll.

Out of the ones I've heard I went with Municipal Waste. There's another cool new thrash band out called Warbringer. You should check them out if you haven't already.

I will see MERCILESS DEATH only i thought it came out in the late 2006 (but i bought it in 2007).

I think it did come out in late 2006, but close enough.

Evil In The Night was released by the band themselves in 2006, but Heavy Artillery Records released it on their label early in 2007.

I voted for Hyades - And The Worst Is Yet To Come. That album just gets my blood a flowin'!

I just got Evile tonight, and still need to pick up some of the others so my #1 might change.
