HRTS #74. Artists discussed are Ratt, Queen, Anvil, WASP, and Hardline among others. We also discuss brothers in bands together. "Rapid Fire", "Intellectual Poetry", and "Cover This" are played!
One of the "Rapid Fire" questions was how many Rock bands can you name that feature brothers in their line-ups.
How many bands can you name off the top of your head that feature brothers? | |

| Pantera - Vinnie & Dime The Bacon Brothers - Kevin and the one that's not Kevin Lit - A.Jay and Jeremy Popoff STP - Robert and Dean DeLeo David Lee Roth solo - Gregg and Matt Bissonette The Vaughn Brothers - Stevie Ray & Jimmy Vaughn
Couple of musical brothers that weren't mentioned yet, although they never played together... Carmine & Vinnie Appice Dan & Dave Spitz Bob & Bruce Kulick Robert & Rudy Sarzo (although they might have played together at some point) Dweezil & Ahmet Zappa have done projects together, although calling Ahmet a "musician" might be a stretch.
Who could forget Frank, Alphonse and Eugene Doobie? _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

Prior to Megadeth, the Drover's played together in the power metal band Eidolon too. And speaking of Megadeth, didn't Chris Poland have a musician brother? EDIT: Mark Poland played on Return to Metalopolis and Damn the Machine with brother Chris _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Weren't they both part of Geoff Tate's Operation Trainwreck? _________________ "I am reluctant to get too deep into politics, and I don’t expect politicians to get too deep into music." - Paul Stanley

Weren't they both part of Geoff Tate's Operation Trainwreck? Probably. I feel like Robert was in it for a hot minute, then bailed. Rudy's probably played with everyone on this list at some point too. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was.
