Girls, Fire & Hairspray (a comp some of you sleaze dudes might dig)

I came across a comp on Amazon (as far as I can tell, only available as an MP3 download?). I dig the music on it, and some of you guys might too. I know some of you are as ridiculous as I am in your pursuit of all bands that once or currently play LA-styled sleaze/glam metal.

This comp is 18 bands that I believe are current, and will never go anywhere. But the tunes are pretty fun. Looking at it, it almost looks like a parody, going by the band names, but that's just how they roll. A lot of X's, Z's and K's, and references to LA and Hollywood in the band names. Like: Beggarz Fixx, Guiltz N' Pleasurez, Lagerloudz, Sleazer...you get the idea.

Ha, yeah it's on Spotify and that is good enough for me.

One of the bands featured on this comp, Sleazy Way Out, has a full album out. Dude sounds like Cinderlla's Tom Keifer. I'm kinda picky when it comes to modern hair/sleaze bands, but this I like. Not bad at all.

I can't seem to find a physical cd of Satisfy Me, but looks like you can get a download from their Bandcamp page for $7.85.

EDIT: A Feb. 26th posting on the band's Facebook page says "cd release party coming soon" so I guess it's just downloads for now.

Very cool..thanks for posting..I will pick this up and seek out more by these bands..
