Stumbled across this band hopping from band to band on MySpace. They sound really good. They have a nice Deep Purple sound. Did a little research and they've been around since the early 80s! I've never heard of them. It seems like it'll be hard to find their albums; only their first LP is available on eBay (and it's $40).

Anyone know anything about them?

That's a Klaus Schubert band. When you posted clips of Mechanical Poet with the newer vocalist, I said it sounded like certain Schubert songs. The only Schubert I've got is "Toilet Songs", which is readily available. It's pretty off the wall, half goofing, but with some kick bunghole songs, and also some interesting ones. Sort of a euro FNM ethic I guess. Extremely diverse. I knew Schubert has been around since the 80's, but Toilet Songs is all I've heard.
