Torture - Storm Alert opinions?

I am listening and alternating between, "this is dumb" and, "this is cool".

What do you guys think of this release?

It's a pretty good release overall. Yah, there is nothing new whatsoever, and it does come off as generic in places. However, I do like it. Like hundreds of other albums, it's a microcosm of the scene at the time.

Wish I could find an original Metalcore copy of it for a reasonable price...

Excellent stuff. I have a reissue, but also mp3s with original sound, which is much, much better!

I think what I dislike is the silly lyrics talking about Frosty the Snowman and Santa and a fantasy land and all kinds of sillyness. The music is often killer, but that stuff turns me off.
