I would take 'Rust in Peace', if it was 'Keeper I' instead of the second one there might be a tie. Helloween overall however I take over Megadeth.

Good choices there, but I guess I would go with Ride The Lightning if I actually had to choose between them. Piece Of Mind runs a close second with Rust In Peace coming up third.

Not a fan of the Def Leppard or Helloween albums.

Ride The Lightning, followed by Piece Of Mind and Keepers

I only like a number of songs from all these. I'd pick Rust in Peace as an album, and Keepers II with 4 mindblowing songs on it. The first part is much better though.
