Best...I mean -creme of the crop- thrash of 2007???

I'm lacking $$$ seriously so I have to keep this list short and also only include 2007 releases...but what are your picks for Thrash album of the year and why? I know of one that I'll be getting regardless, but I'd like to hear from the crowd. This is a very Thrash-oriented forum and I know I'll get good direction here....

(For what it's worth I already have Megadeth and the thrash-y Symphorce - both good!)

2007 thrash releases I've heard:

Hirax - Assassins Of War
Municipal Waste - The Art Of Partying
Blood Tsunami - Thrash Metal
Hyades - And The Worst Is Yet To Come
Merciless Death - Evil In The Night
Fueled By Fire - Spread The Fire

and what is still to come:

Agent Steel - Alienigma
Overkill - Immortalis
Avenger Of Blood - Death Brigade

The best thrash album I have heard this year is
Merciless Death - Evil In the Night.
In fact I still have to pick this one up myself.

It honestly sounds like it was produced in 1986, except with clearer production values. For fans of early Kreator, Destruction, and Sodom.

Good stuff.

Municipal Waste's The Art of Partying seems to be the hot "retro-thrash" band of the moment. I noticed quite a few members of this board have picked it up, as did I. It's good old-school thrash. Time will tell if it becomes a legenday release.

Another one I'm looking forward to is Evile's Enter the Grave. It's not out in the States yet (Sept. 25th), but take a listen to some of their songs...

Gama Bomb's album was 2006 correct? I know I purchased it this year and it's a worthy contender. Can't remember what year it was released.

To me the best thrash cd of 2007 Onslaught - Killing Peace, 2nd would be Fueled By Fire.

Definitely The Art Of Partying by Municipal Waste. A truly great album.
