At least it's an across the board loss of an hour. When I was working night shift on the USS George Washington (day shift was the first 12 hours and night shft was the second 12), everytime we crossed a time line where we gained an hour, it was while we were working and day shift was asleep. When we lost an hour, it was while day shift was working and we were asleep. After dealing with that for six months, I'm not bothered by time changes.
