His lawyer brought him over to our church so he could work with the priest and so my friend could mentor him. He ended up doing some paintings (one was a monster with a heart and he told her some monsters have heart, probably referring to himself) for charity while he was around, but my sister met him and told me he's just a hurting little boy on the inside. Plus he was recently diagnosed as bi-polar, so ya, we could call him douche-bag, yada yada yada, etc., but he's really messed up in the head and needs professional help. Money, fame, and the media don't help.

If it wasn't for his fame and money he would be getting professional help right now. Some professional prison guards would be helping him realise that it is not f*%king cool to beat 8 stone women half to death. Being bi-polar, generally doesn't come with violent tendencies, I think that you have to be bi-polar and an asshole for that.

I have bought MANY tattoo magazines - used on Ebay - they're cool to flip through - images - people - artists - the stories behind em but that particular image that he has on his neck - is a very popular image - never undertood it - but many people have it - woman mostly - it's like a modern Danzig type image - lol but to put it on your neck......THAT'S over the top.

Now there are details that he was abusive to the girlfriend he had after Rihanna.
Now, that's not to say that some abusive men can't change, because some abusive men (and women) can (and do) change. But I can't say that I believe Chris Brown is one who I believe can do so.

Hopefully this is the one that puts him away for a long time.
Well, he is innocent of this until proven guilty.
I'm not a fan of his music, and he is known to be a douchebag of epic proportions, even if you take the Rihanna incident out of the equation.
Either way, it never seemed possible, but something will overshadow even the Rihanna beatdown now if he is guilty.

I think he is an a hole and when people like him get called on the carpet for what they have done, they are "diagnosed" with something as a way to absolve them for their actions. I don't like the trend (over the last decade plus) of people having a reason/ excuse for their actions . It gives people an "out" to call everything a "sickness" and not call folks to account for what they do. Especially when they are rich and famous (Cosby, Chris Brown, Weinstein, Nassar). They feel they will never get caught, and when they do, they try to buy their way out, and when that doesn't work, they deny; and lastly, they have a "reason" for why they did what they did to try to save some face and/or their careers.

Is anyone here familiar with the Scottish synth-pop group CHVRCHES?
They did a collaboration with superstar DJ Marshmello (a song called "Here With Me", which recently cracked the Top 40), and then Marshmello did a collaboration with Chris Brown and rapper Tyga (which just got released as a single).
CHVRCHES released a statement that they were disappointed with the fact that Marshmello collaborated with douchebags like Tyga and Chris Brown.
Then Chris Brown made a horrendous comment toward CHVRCHES.
