I'd like to pick up the regular edition methinks. A Blu-ray or 5.1 mix is meaningless to me on my crappy listening devices.

Pretty meaningless to me regardless. A DVD is watching movies, not listening to albums.

The blu ray edition is for high resolution audio (24/96), both stereo and 5.1 surround. Grace For Drowning was released that way and Wilson has indicated all future releases will be as well. Since he records everything in 24bit resolution it's pointless to degrade the audio down to CD level when it's not necessary.

...and yes I know I'm "weird" or whatever for caring about that, but I do.

Excellent tune! Where's Neil Schon? I thought this was his band.

Aside from "Blessed Night," this one sounds boring to me. I'll buy it, though. Hope it clicks.

And I can't find any info about the Sister Sin album. Victory's site says it comes out tomorrow, but beyond that, nothing. Nothing on the band's site, nothing on Facebook. Makes me wonder if it really is coming out.

Maybe it's not coming out in the US yet. Nothing on AMazon either.
