i thought they were called helloweeen or is a new band? this is the reason i joined the site to learn about other bands.i found this while listing to dio and gwar

Helloween (the German band) have said that they changed the spelling for their band name cuz they didn't want people to think they were associated with the "Halloween" film series.

I picked up two albums by Halloween this weekend: no one gets out and victims of the night. Totally blind purchase based on the name. Have not even checked one tiny sample on the internet. Can't wait to check out their music. I hope i am in for a treat .

I've always wanted to check them out but haven't gotten around to it yet. There's just so much out there that they keep getting pushed to the wayside.
