Our bassist/vocalist Chris just quit this morning due to medical and personal reasons, and now our comeback show is off. So we are now searching for a new bassist. This should be quite the chore as finding a bassist in Las Vegas is like finding a needle in a haystack. Luckily our guitarist Brandon is taking over the vocals.

We are still recording in October though and thats not slowing anything down.

Band members in general these days are a pain in the ass!

Keeping a band going is very tough. I know what you mean.

Man, can you never catch a break!!! I guess your only option is to grow a set of extra hands, and to the bass playing too!

It's tough keeping band members when there is little (ie, NO) money. You have to do it purely for the love of the music. Ultimatum have gone through second guitar players like Spinal Tap went through drummers. Thankfully we have a dedicated and talented bassist.

Anyhow, sorry to hear that Shannon. Keep the faith.

bass players are a dime a dozen. i'm sure you'll be able to find one soon. especially since you already have an established band for one to join.

Not in the desert they aren't. Guitar players are a dime a dozen, but finding bass players is difficult.
