| Someone suggested I check these guys out (I think it was Locky), as it is Burning Starr's old singer. I figured it was just gonna be more tired old power metal. It was not! I spun "My world war", and if the rest of thier stuff is this good, I'm getting it all! Tell me more about this band, if ya got any info. _________________ WHO WRINKLED MY RANDY TRAVIS POSTER?!?!?! | Check ultmetal's site. I think they are rather thrashy. _________________ |

I'm bad at descriptions. It is just good true metal. Great vox, imaginative gtr (without being super technical), good speed. _________________ WHO WRINKLED MY RANDY TRAVIS POSTER?!?!?! AH, BOB SAGET!! www.unclesaxon.com - Your place for RARE Metal!

I'd say they were a combination of classic old school heavy metal and a bit of thrash metal. I like them quite a bit. Their last CD was a bit of a letdown, but their others are quite good IMO. Funny this subject came up, I brought in Holy Mother - Toxik Rain to listen to today. _________________

Yeah, Holy Moses is thrash for sure, and even seems to have crossed into death metal a bit on this last release. Good band! I may renew my interest in Holy Mother. ack

Holy Mother are much closer to 'classic metal' than anything thrash, just so everybody is clear. Don't want to make anyone think they are thrash. ult _________________

Yea it was me Saxy baby, I like these dudes (esp. Mike's voice) alot but I've never taken to the self titled debut at all, too much bass for my liking but the rest are good rockin' albums His other band Messiah's Kiss are a great Power Metal band also, they really have to be checked out by anyone who likes their Power Metal., I can't really compare them to any other band in the genre.
