I just got the latest from the LA based bands Hexen. I hadn't heard of these guys before, I know they have a 2005 releses titled Heal A Million.....Kill A Million. A great Thrash listen from Old School Metal Records, reminds me a bit vocalwise of Tomas Angelripper at times. Anyone heard this yet??-TJ

Cool art from Repka too, bit samey samey like most of his stuff but cool none the less. Have it on preorder, due to arrive soon I hope.

Not bad. Vocalist is kinda bland. Artwork is cool, though as Locky said; typical Repka. I'll probably order it sometime soon-ish.

Just got this the other day and think its gonna be in my top 10 for 08.Anyone who digs thrash will like this album. The vocals are the typical thrash variety but the music is where this stands out.Lots of cool time changes, great duel lead work.Awesome songwriting.Pick it up you wont be disappointed.

I've heard their 1st album and demo, but haven't heard this album yet. We are playing with these guys Nov 22nd here in Vegas though so it should be a decent show.

Didn't one of their demos have their cover done on MS Paint?

Recently picked this one up, listenening to it right now. Good stuff. The vocalist sorta reminds me of Paul Baloff. The music is what I really like though. The songs don't have that same-y feel to them. Not every song is played fast just for the sake of playing fast. A little acoustic guitar thrown in there mixes things up nicely.
The instrumental track is wicked cool too.
