| A while back I heard a 3 disc comp (Doomed) of various doom and stoner bands bands and heard some good stuff. Bands that stood out for me were Astrosoniq, Atomic Bitchwax, Black Rock, Borgo Pass (probably the best song on the comp), Cathedral (the only band I was familiar with), Hangnail, Magnafied Eye, Mothercake, Orange Goblin, Peacemaker, Puny Human (the title Jesus Has My Legs made me laugh), Sea Of Green, Shallow, Sheavy, Slow Horse, Solace, Speedking, Sunride, Supercruiser, Tectonic Break, Tummler, and The Want. Found some bands that can be added to the bad band name list: Bongwater 666 (this one takes the cake) 500ft. Of Pipe Men Of Porn |
