Phoenix Reign in a book! WOW!

McSweeney's has just published a book called All Known Metal Bands. All it is is an alphabetical listing of tens of thousands of metal bands. That's it. No information about them or anything else. Phoenix Reign is in there! WOOHOO! Basically its a useless book but hey our name is in there haha.

Man, the dude stole my idea! I started listing all metal bands I kne about in 5th grade! Stiopped after a year or so, when my note book was full! Laughing

Putting out a printed book on the subject is really tough these days when you have the easily edited internet. By the time you get a book published, half the info is out-dated.

yea I know I bought a book not too long ago and most of the stuff was almost a year or more old already. I bought it just for references instead of having to look online all the time. I started reading it but never finished it.
