Alright everyone.

Issue #1 is set to drop in a few weeks (July 1st)
We got it all pretty much sewn up and ready to go.

The new website is in the works...the artwork is done.
We are on Myspace,twitter and Facebook (follow and join us at both)

Ken will be bumping elbows with bigshots in the writing community in July at the NECON and spreading the word.

I am abusing my power by spamming on this but we need the support. This will be availible through Amazon.com, as print on demand and eventually kindle. I think the cost will be around $8 per issue, maybe more, I'm not sure yet.

But anyway, I know this board rocks and the familial vibe is unmatched...

Sounds cool. Will I be able to find it at Borders Books, Barnes & Noble, anywhere like that?

I don't think so..notyet. Depending on the numbers we sell on the first issue we may be able to get them into those places sometime. But we are using Print On Demand technology and those chain stores aren't big supporters of that stuff...nor horror zines period. The only one that gets carried around me is CEMETARY DANSE...

so the short answer is mainly through Amazon to start.

What is this all about? It's a magazine?

Yeah...It's a digest of horror fiction,interviews and whatnot.

It's edited by EYESORE, TALL TYRION and MYSELF and some others unknown here.

We've been working hard at it for almost a year...

cool, eight dollars is very resenable, how many pages/articles is it?

I know we were shooting for the 200 pages mark, but I think issue one will most likely be 150 pages or under. We wanted more of a digest thing...gloss trade paperback type covers...we want something that people will keep in their colelctions, not in a basket by the toilet...like other magazines.

So put a link here to the place where we can order this fabulous thing!

Our new website is not online yet (an early layout image can be seen HERE). We need to add content to it, and Ken simply hasn't had the time. This whole thing has been a bit more work than anticipated. But it will be online soon, even if in limited fashion.

Wow, I hadn't seen the cover art until now but that is absolutely fantastic.

Anyway, Shock Totem is definitely something you guys should check out. I've been frequenting their forum for the last few months and there's clearly some very talented writers on board for this magazine. It's been great seeing the whole thing develop too.

Loks like the debut issue shall be delayed at least a week. Ken is awaiting his proof copy to insure all is sharp and top notch. Once that happens, the greenlight will be given and I belive it will be available for order...I'll post a link and update asap.

Looks like Issue #1 will weigh in at around 100 pages and bear a modest price tag of a mere $5.99.
