| Well it started in mid April and we are hoping to be living in it before christmas, the pics are a number of weeks old at present, so they are currently working on the inside rooms. It's approx gonna cost €190000 to build, Early stages:  Concrete floor is poured on the house and the Garage is started  Closer view of the Garage  Garage more complete, yip that's my playhouse, label area, gym etc..... no cars will be in this !  House from the front  House from the road incl. gate piers  House : getting there  A little closer  Sunroom view  |

| Thanks for the words guys, Money me hole Spec, between the label and the house I'm hoping for an early Death. we live on a quite country road, below are a couple more pics, you can see a small bit of the local area, green fields , trees etc.... I'm 10min walk from the pub, old style with an open fire in the middle of it during the winter months, 7-8minutes in a car from Blackwater, 3 pubs, river, church, supermarket, snooker tables etc... and 15mins from the beach, the opening scenes from Saving Private Ryan were shot on the local beaches.   |

The garage is my Den, that's where she's making me place the music collection, small gym area (skipping rope probably) and Car free. |

| Yeah, 3000 sq ft is huge. Officially my house is a little over 1500 sq ft but even adding in the finished portion of my basement, I'm still sitting at only around 2500 ft. 3000 is a mansion IMO.
