Got to watch a little of the games while waiting for my flight home. The Saints really took it to the Giants. The saints are looking really good - now that they have a defense, they are winning big!

The beagles lose to the raiders - lol!!!! I have been having fun with one of my best friends who is a huge eagles fan - and his wife is a giants fan!

I love it when the deadskins lose!!! Danny boy Snider thinks he;s playing fantasy football with the roster.

The titans look really, really bad. Losing Haynesworth really hurt the team and adding haynesworth to the deadskins did nothing.

Atlanta is looking good, they have really turned that team around from the previous vick/patrino debacles.

Freakin' Lambs lost because of an OT coin toss. I hate that rule. I like the way the NCAA decides games that are tied at the end of regulation much better.
I TOTALLY AGREE. You play the whole stinkin game....only to have it won in OT on a coin toss? It makes no sense at all. Same with the shootout in hockey. Total wast of a game....just start the game out with a first period shootout and everybody go home. lol!

The Raiders!!!!

I agree - I hate NFL OT rules.

Oakland Raiders 2009 = 12-4 !!

I love the throw-back uniforms. Love them!! I hate the Patriots, but their old uniforms are 1.7 million times better. Those Oilers ones were sweet as well. The 1960 Broncos....pretty rough....but still cool to see.

Oakland thuds back to earth. Nice to see Dallas beat a good team and they may have found a great receiver in Austin. Saints show they can come back though Miami doesn't have much of a D.

Cards did a great job shutting down the Giants. Texans play another good game today.

Well, at least they get to play the game in a real stadium (rich in history), and not that "Roller rink", as Mike Ditka so aptly referred to the Metrodome.

I agree! I wish all stadiums were real grass and open to the elements. That's part of the charm of football. I hate domed stadiums.

isnt the metrodome closing after this year? I heard the twins will be playing outdoors next year! Talk about a cold world series if they ever make it back again..

Yeah, that would be cold, but it would be great anyhow. Baseball and football are outdoor sports.

ouch. That gots to hurt either way for him. One of the guys I work with is a die hard Cowboys fan (dropped off a truck on the way home from the hospital I think) and his wife is a die hard Giants fan. They have an interesting relationship at least twice a year!
