Did a search and nothing on this band.

Any fans?

I never was before. But I recently picked up one of their 'best of' CDs in the bargain bin.

I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. This is some good classic rock!!!

I have their two disc Best Of and it has all the Guess Who songs I like. Share The Land, No Sugar Tonight, Clap For The Wolfman, Hand Me Down World, etc, etc.

Guess who rules. I like this incarnation of the band better than bachmann-turner overdrive I think.

I agree 100%. BTO was always a little too "dumbed down" for my tastes.

While I like BTO, a lot of their music sounds the same to me whereas there's much more variety in the music of The Guess Who.

I have never really gotten into them. I have nothing against them... not a bad band. I just haven't been moved much by anything they own. I own a greatest hits CD... and a CDR copy at that!

I actually prefer Bachman Turner Overdrive. Yeah, they were a bit more simplistic, but I think that's where Randy really got his chance to shine.

i cant believe noone mentioned "american woman"!! wow! that was randy bachman at his best! great tune! "no sugar tonight" and "no time" my favorites! love this band!
