I searched and searched but couldn't find this topic. So, I'm going to assume it hasn't been covered.

There are so many great albums that go ignored by bands, at least following the respective tours. Usually, these albums are the more obscure albums, but sometimes are (surprisingly) classics.

My top picks:

AC/DC* - It sucks for me to include them, as they're my favourite band. However, they neglect much of their catalogue in concert. As far as obscure albums go, they completely ignore ...

Flick of the Switch!

My third fav AC/DC album (the others being BIB and FTATR). I don't know why this album got such a bad rep. Obviously, the production is much more raw than the previos Mutt Lange-produced albums, but it's basically the same stylistically as those albums (well, at least BIB and FTATR). Hello I am new to this board but I was suggested to come here to hear about some good christian metal and more importantly thrash. So is there anyone you might suggest? I love bonded by blood and municipal waste and I was wondering if there are any christian bands in that vein primarily. But if there is anyone else I might want to take a listen to I would love to hear about them.

I personaly thought it is a classic of the thrash revival movement for sure. Definet growth from the band on this one. Plus a few hilariouse music videos we got from this album.

I bought Avenged Sevenfold's new album when it came out. I myself think it's a great album. I think they actualy sat down and wrote a good album all the way through. Ttheir last album City Of Evil was a great album too, but it had it's flaws. Don't get me wrong, this album has it's flaws too, but they are so small and hardly never visible. I wanted to know what everyone elses opinion was on this disc.

I remember the first time hearing the song More Than a Feeling on a classic rock cd many many years ago, I was blown away by what would become as a signature guitar lick for the great Tom Scholz. I went out and bought the cd asap and have come to a conclusion that this might be my favorite "classic" rock cd of the 70's.
