| So Wednesday February 25 at 11:30 pm... Marc (guitarist in AoB) and I get pulled over for some lame stupid $hit. Expired tags. No one knew they were expired. So it took these 2 lame-ass cops 20 minutes as they checked our ID's and in my eyes how they were gonna screw with us. Of course they were just rookie cops new to the force and one cop decided he was gonna be the bad cop as the one who pulled us over was gonna be the good cop. Hell, they were both dicks though. The one who pulled us over became even a bigger sfincter once they decided to arrest me! So I get arrested for a warrant on a ticket I didn't pay. I wasn't going to pay it because the reasoning behind it was more $hit than anything you could imagine. So what was it? Riding my bike on the sidewalk 2 years ago. Police just manage to make their own laws sometimes because as I am getting a ticket for riding my bike on the sidewalk, some little 12 year old kid goes riding by us on the sidewalk on his bike! Yet the cop didn't do $hit to him. So I was made out to be the bad guy here. Anyways after I get arrested, I sat in the back of the cop car of the dicksmack who pulled us over listening to these 2 dinkus ass rookie cops talk about the academy. I was then told they weren't authorized to take me in so they had to call for another car to come out and get me. So this asswipe of a human shows up at 12:10 am and starts searching me again as he's talking to the rookie cop. Then starts getting fresh with me like he was a flaming merry ass pileofsticks. I seriously thought this dude was gonna rape me then cut me up. Luckily it never happened. But he's still a pileofsticks in my book and I hate sticks! So I get hauled to the city jail. This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. These bastards don't even treat you like a human. They don't care about no one or nothing except themselves. I get shackled to a chair for almost 8 hours and was not allowed to even use the restroom. I had been waiting for 4 hours when the biggest a$$hole of all the guards finally let me go. It took forever (10 hours) to get me processed and after I was told I was going home and didn't have to put the orange jump suit on I felt a lot more relieved. But that was almost 12 hours that I had been in. You try and ask questions and you get smart ass answers, or they don't answer you at all. My girlfriend (who is mega awesome) paid my damn bail at 7:30 the morning after I get arrested. Then you come to find out it could take 12+ hours when bail is paid to get out. So at 4:30 am on Friday the 27th at 4:30 am, I finally get released! Its probably by far the biggest bunch of $hit I have ever been through. I'll never go back but I will say this... LAS VEGAS POLICE ARE ASSHOLES and the guards albeit only doing their jobs, really need to stop treating people like animals. The whole judicial system needs an overhaul here. |

| Damn! Sorry to hear about your "misfortune" [I use that word sarcastically, as it was obviously something those in charge could have controlled]. Welcome to my world. That experience, yet horrid, is one I, and millions of others, have suffered repeatedly. I have no love for cops. In fact, I believe they should be elected like every other public official. Or at least have them take off the sheild they cowardly hide behind, step up, and be a real man now and then. There would be a hell of a lot less power trips after they are on the receiving end. _________________ WHO WRINKLED MY RANDY TRAVIS POSTER?!?!?! | When I was a kid all I wanted to be Was the meanest dude on the meanest machine Now I'm going to wrong way on a one-way street I never fit this society
I don't really mind Doing my own time The three choices I ever came to find Were:
Dead, Jail or Rock'n'Roll
I ain't looking for trouble but it's looking for me The law of the jungle is protecting me Lose sleep man stay out of your bed You might wind up in jail if you lose your head
In death I might find True peace of mind But while I'm alive Free choice is mine It's either:
Dead, Jail or Rock'n'Roll |

| There was a friend of mine on murder And the judge's gavel fell Jury found him guilty Gave him sixteen years in hell He said "I ain't spending my life here I ain't living alone Ain't breaking no rocks on the chain gang I'm breakin' out and headin' home"
Gonna make a jailbreak And I'm lookin' towards the sky I'm gonna make a jailbreak Oh, how I wish that I could fly
All in the name of liberty All in the name of liberty Got to be free
Jailbreak, let me out of here Jailbreak, sixteen years ah Jailbreak, had more than I can take Jailbreak, yeah
He said he'd seen his lady being fooled with By another man She was down and he was up Had a gun in his hand Bullets started flying everywhere And people started to scream Big man lying on the ground With a hole in his body Where his life had been
But it was all in the name of liberty All in the name of liberty I got to be free
Jailbreak, jailbreak I got to break out Out of here
Heartbeats, they were racin' Freedom, he was chasin' Spotlights, sirens, rifles firing But he made it out With a bullet in his back

| I was arrested once in my life, for fishing without a license. I didn't even know you could get arrested for such a thing. I was on a boat with a bunch of other guys that were friends of my brother-n-law. I had just moved to NM from NY. I didn't even have a NM driver's license yet. Here's the clincher, I was NOT fishing. However, I was the only guy on the boat that didn't have a fishing license and since the boat was full of fishing polls and tackle boxes, it didn't matter how much I and the others told him I wasn't fishing. I was also the only guy on the boat that wasn't plastered. Did the guys who were driving the boat intoxicated with open containers get arrested? Nope. Just the guy who was on the boat and didn't have a fishing license. The officer took me to the police station in Truth or Consequences, NM, where I had to pay a $75 fine, which of course, I didn't have and had to borrow. Luckily, it didn't take all day, like it did for Shannon. I was out of there in a couple hours. Still, it was so freakin' ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as a ticket for riding your bike on the sidewalk. LOL! _________________

Nahhh, he was ok, other than the fact that he took me in for something so stupid to begin with. It was just one cop in a podunk town. Truth or Consequences, NM is a small town of like 5,000 people. |
wow, my hometown has a pop. of like 250 rednecks and 2 black guys. |

| I pretty much believe there really isn't much difference between cops and criminals. They both just look for people to mess with. Only cops seem to have the law on their side. I knew a cop that would pull over women and pretty much get them to perform sexual favors or get bad tickets or arrested. He finnaly got fired from the force. He later moved to Las Vegas and joined their police force. Imagine that. |
